Cases, cables, adapters… We get it all from one supplier, with regular deliveries. Vitech products look good on display; customers pick them up and buy.
We no longer turn away customers who want film for a watch, a tablet or an earbud case. Whatever device comes in, its size is already in the system.
Wrong models, missing stock, returns… None of that is on the agenda in any of our three branches any more.
We put the magnetic cases next to the charging products; customers who come in for a case often leave with a charging stand too.
The team was with us from installation to the first cut. Within the first week our staff were cutting and applying film on their own.
